TLC Ribbon Cable is manufactured with aramid strength member and PVC jacket. Standard counts
are 4, 6, 8, and 12 fibers. The ribbon material peels easily from the fiber, saving time. This cable
is compatible with all the current industry termination products, and jackets are offered in PVC,
Plenum, and LSZH . Bare ribbon fiber is also available. Also available are two fibers
spaced for MTRJ connectors in a round 2.9mm jacket.

TLC 10 Gigabit Cables are designed with Corning® InfiniCor® laser-optimized™ optical fibers. These fibers are guaranteed for transmission distances in 10 gigabit ethernet of up to 550 meters in compliant systems (IEEE 802.3ae) and can operate at significantly greater distances at slower protocols.

Tight Buffered PVC Fiber is the key ingredient in almost every product sold at TLC, and as a result,
we pay attention to its details. TLC buffers are preferred in production environments due to the ease
and consistency of stripping. The variety of sizes available match existing tooling and fits today’s
growing variety of connectors. Available in three sizes, 900μm, 800μm, and 650μm.
Also known as “enhanced bend performance” or “bend insensitive” fiber, this product has superior macrobend performance making it desirable in challenging space-limited installations. TLC now can produce cables with Corning’s XB and ClearCurve single mode fibers. Multimode ClearCurve fiber is now also available in OM2, OM3 and OM4.
TLC Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) Cables are designed for data transmission applications. The standard product is a 2.2mm jacket over 1.0mm Step Index PMMA Plastic Fiber. Standard color is black, yet a variety of colors are available, as well as custom imprint.
